The medical services that are being provided at the Hudson Community Health and Resource Center are being provided by Premier Community HealthCare. Our highly trained and dedicated team of professionals works to create personalized treatment plans aimed at enriching the health and well-being of all patients. Our care team includes board-certified board-eligible Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants complemented by a wide variety of support staff that provide comprehensive, high-quality, cost-efficient medical care for patients. No one will be turned away due to lack of insurance or ability to pay.
Parents and guardians will be able to choose from either an in-person visit or a telemedicine visit. Appointments will be available during normal school days, teacher planning days, and summer.

In-person appointments are available Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
Closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. to 12:30 p.m. daily for lunch
Summer Hours:
In-person appointments are available Monday through Wednesday from 7:30 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.
