How to Register as a “New Student”

Monday – Thursday, Parents can pick a registration packet at the front office between the hours of 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

The following information is required at the time of registration for ALL students!

  • Proof of residency: Utility bill assigned to the home such as an electric, water, cable, phone, rental lease or mortgage information. 
  • Legal Guardianship paperwork if you are not the biological parent. 
  • OUT OF STATE TRANSFER STUDENTS
    • Current immunization records required for school entry 
    • Proof of physical examination dated and signed by a licensed professional with the last 12 months. (If the physical examination is on file at your former school, we can not go forward if the former school is closed for the summer.) 
    • Birth Certificate
    • Social Security Card (student)
    • A copy of the students withdraw paperwork from previous school or most recent report card. 
  • OUT OF COUNTY TRANSFER STUDENTS
    • Current immunization records or signed immunization 30-day waiver. 
    • Birth Certificate
    • Social Security Card (student)
    • A Copy of the students withdraw paperwork from previous school or most recent report card. 
  • SCHOOL TO SCHOOL TRANSFER WITHIN THE COUNTY
    • Signed immunization 30-day waiver. 
    • A Copy of the students withdraw paperwork from previous school or most recent report card. 
  • EXCEPTIONAL STUDENT EDUCATION PROGRAM OUT OF STATE OR COUNTY
    • Current TIEP
    • Psychological Report
    • Social History
    • A Copy of the students withdraw paperwork from previous school or most recent report card. 
  • STUDENTS WILL “NOT” BE ENROLLED OR RECEIVE A SCHEDULE BEFORE ALL REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS ARE MET!
